The Oxygen Hood confirms to international designs and standards. It is universally used in all pediatric and neonatology units and ICU’s. The design incorporates a single, non-breach able joint to minimize loss of oxygen milieu for the patient. It is made of transparent acrylic sheet to facilitate easy monitoring and observation of the child. The Hood is available in three sizes, for neonates and infants, for children between 1-2Year and, children above 2 year of age. Salient features include convenient handling and sliding adjustable neck height to allow use in children of all ages. The brass nozzle is to be connected to a source of humidified oxygen and the Hood should be placed gently over the patient’s head for uninterrupted oxygen supply. Ensure the correct neck height adjustment prior to use to prevent accidental injury to the neck. Always attach oxygen humidifier chamber (not included) on the oxygen supply.

Manufactured from transparent acrylic, reusable oxygen hoods provide all round visibility of the patient. The edges of these oxygen hoods are hand polished for smoothness and aid effective cleaning.
